Basketball
Come join us in the Family Life Center for a good time of basketball and fellowship with others in our community.
Several opportunites are available:
Men’s Basketball
Every Tuesday night from February to November, men ages 40+ play between 5:30 and 7:15 p.m.
Women's Basketball
For women ages 16 and older. Every Tuesday evening from 7:15 until 9:00 p.m. in the Family Life Center.
*during the youth basketball season Women's Basketball takes a hiatus. (November through mid-February)
Youth Basketball Teams
For all children and youth grades 2 through 12. Practice one night per week with one game per week, usually on Saturdays. The season will begin in early November with practices and conclude in mid-February. Cost is $45 per player with a maximum of $125 per family.
First Presbyterian Church is dedicated to guiding students to a more committed relationship with Christ as they develop socially, physically, and spiritually. Athletics provide a unique environment for demonstrating and teaching the virtues of self-control, patience, love, service, respect for authority, ethics, leadership, hard work, and dedication, as they relate to the teachings of Jesus Christ and Biblical principles.
