In the Youth Chorus, middle and high school students continue to develop the musical, vocal, and choral skills taught in the children’s choirs. An emphasis is placed on vocal technique and choral disciplines. The choir sings mostly three-part repertoire (SAB) and joins the Chancel Choir for special concerts and occasions. Choir members will also have solo and small ensemble opportunities. All high school students participating in the Youth Chorus will receive free vocal lessons from section leaders of the Chancel Choir.
